When Jesus spoke of the sending forth of the Spirit, he said:
I will not leave you comfortless: I will come to you.
John 14:18 KJV
The comforter coming to us is the Spirit of Christ ✝️ coming into our lives. And it’s his coming where man is created anew:
Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new.
2 Corinthians 5:17 KJV
The earthen vessel is just a shell, but the face of it i.e. who we are, is renewed when God puts a new Spirit in that shell. If you see that the current earthy you is hellbound and you desire to change, to repent, to be made new, made heavenly, the face of heaven i.e. Jesus is your answer. Call him!
