As believers in Christ, we love to say we seek his face to know him and not his hands to ask for something. How many really mean that?
Do we really seek his face?
Do we spend time with him in prayer?
Do we spend time in reading and studying his word?
Are we in fellowship?
What have you learned about the character of God?
Do you know him?
Not ‘know him’ like you know the prime minister of T&T. Many can give all kinds of info about their prime minister, enough info to write their life bio and yet they don’t know them, on a personal level.
Let us not be found chasing material wealth and trying to use God as a means to an end.
Chase him to know him, so your love for him can grow.
